This is Migaloo or "white fella" . He's the first and only albino humpback whale spotted in Planet ocean . It is believed that he is between 32 and 36 years old as of 2015 . First sightings were around 1991 off Bryon Bay . Originally , biologists were reluctant to say that Migaloo was albino because the eyes were brown instead of the usual pink or red . He is in fact a male due to his mating song recorded back in 1998 and later confirmed in 2004 . Other white humpback whales have been seen but none , besides Migaloo , have been classified as an albino whale . Researchers are keeping a close watch on the beauty and learn more quite often . 日本では見ることの出来ない白クジラ。
発見された20年後の2011年には赤ちゃんと思しき白クジラの発見も報告されています。
死ぬまでに一度は見ておきたいこの幻の白クジラ。
